Rules and Regulations
2nd JUPITER MUSIC AWARDS RULES & REGULATIONS
ELIGIBILITY
Only professional musicians with published work to their name are eligible. For music productions to be eligible, these should be published online or for sale in physical form during the period from July 1st, 2024 through July 31st, 2025. Proof in the form of a screenshot on any music streaming platform or any sales promotion material showing the date of availability is required.
There is no limit to the number of entries that can be submitted. Each entry is a separate submission and requires its own entry form form. There are no entry fees.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OF THE JUPITER MUSIC AWARDS
Only entries that receive nominations or awards may refer to such nomination or award in advertising and publicity materials. An entry that is selected for the shortlist may identify itself as a “Jupiter Music Awards finalist”.
The Jupiter Music Awards trophy is the intellectual property, including copyright, design rights and trade mark rights of the Organiser. The Organiser has the exclusive right to and not limited to, reproduce, manufacture, copy, and sell the Jupiter Music Awards trophy in any size or medium, and to distribute or exploit the design of theJupiter Music Awards trophy or reproductions of the same by gift, sale, re-sale or licence. No reproduction, replica or other copy of the Jupiter Music Awards trophy may be made or used by any manufacturer, advertiser, organization or individual except with the express written consent of the Organiser. An entrant who has received anJupiter Music Awards trophy shall not be permitted to reproduce a replica of theJupiter Music Awards trophy or sell or otherwise dispose of it without first offering in writing to sell it to the Organiser for the sum of S$1.00. The Organiser shall have 30 days to accept the offer.
DETERMINATION OF WINNERS
Winners of the Jupiter Music Awards are determined by the support of their fans who participate through the network of Official Voting Platforms of the Jupiter Music Awards.
The Official Platforms for Categories I and II are: Mubeat, My1Pick, Muniverse, Fancast and Picnic!
The Official Platforms for Category III are: QQMusic, KuGou and KuWo.

Entry Form
Performance Categories - all entries must be accompanied by one high resolution photo of the artiste(s) which will be used for promotion, publicity and listing of the entry.
Production Categories - all entries must be accompanied by one high resolution photo of either the artiste or the song/album cover. A copy of the published work must also be provided in either WAV, MP4 or MPEG format.
The submitting organization agrees that no music royalties/rights shall be due as a result of listing the entry on the official platforms of the Jupiter Music Awards. Where the music is streamed as part of the voting process, royalties will be due and collected by the relevant agency for the Voting Platform involved.
All production entries must be first made available online between 1 July 2024 and 30 May 2025
Signed entry form is confirmation that the artiste/production, if named as the winner, will accept the trophy and make best efforts to attend the Awards Ceremony. All winners will be invited to perform their winning or latest work.
